P3 Logistic Parks announces two appointments to the French team: Aurélie Despeyroux as Local Head of Finance and Antonio Di Scipio as Development Manager
In order to support and accelerate its development in France, P3, a long-term investor, owner, developer and manager of European logistics assets, announces the appointment of two confirmed and recognised professionals to its local team.
Aurélie Despeyroux joined P3 France on August 5th as Head of Finance France, in charge of all financial matters in France and financial partner of the Managing Director France, with the mission of supporting the development and structuring of the Group's financial strategy.
With a double master's degree, one in financial management from the Paris School of Business (PSB) and the other in property management from the University of Paris X, Aurélie Despeyroux has more than 10 years' experience in the real estate sector.
Before joining P3, she spent 4 years at Logicor where she was Business Intelligence Manager for nearly two years, then since mid-2017 Finance Manager, after having previously spent 7 years as an Associate Analyst in the portfolio management team at LaSalle Investment Management.
Antonio Di Scipio has been appointed Development Manager since September, in charge of acquisitions and development, including Urban Logistics within the P3 group, a mission that is established throughout France and for all types of projects. He reports directly to the General Manager France.
A RICS member since 2012, he has a master's degree from the Ecole Supérieure des Professions Immobilières (ESPI) in Paris in 1998.
He had been working since April 2013, as an Associate in the Logistics Department of Cushman & Wakefield. After having held the position of Director of Logistics Property Management at Adyal Management & Development since 2010, he spent 10 years at Savills as Logistics and Industrial Associate.
