The Polish team at P3, long-term owner, developer and manager of European logistics properties, has been strengthened by Zbigniew Smyczyński, who took up the position of Senior Leasing Manager at the beginning of the year.
Zbigniew Smyczyński has over 10 years of experience on the real estate market. He previously worked at Prologis as the Leasing Manager, and before that also at the CBRE consulting company, where he held the position of Property Negotiator. He graduated in Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets where he earned his master’s degree. He also has property management and real estate agent licences and is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Smyczyński will be responsible for new investments in the Warsaw region.

Apart from a new Senior Leasing Manager joining the P3 team in Poland, the Company’s existing employees were also promoted. Magda Twarowska, who has been working at P3 Logistic Parks since 2016, the acting Senior Leasing Manager, was appointed as Head of Leasing and will now manage the leasing team. Maciej Szamałek, who has been with P3 from 2013, also received a promotion and has taken up the newly created position of Head of Construction & Development.
