Iwona Sadowska, Senior Leasing Manager for P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, said: “I’m thrilled that yet another company has decided to stay on at P3 Błonie park. Not only does this confirm for us the excellent location of our investment, which many tenants have emphasised, but it’s also a mark of trust that has been placed in us by our Clients who have been with us for years and want to stay with us and develop right here. Our strategy incorporates building long-standing, lasting relationships with Clients, and the recent extensions of contracts demonstrate just how well we are doing in achieving this goal”.

Europapier Polska, located in warehouse number 10, has been operating at P3 Błonie park for almost 15 years now. The facility was tailor-made for the Client’s requirements and has served as its central warehouse in Poland from that time on.

Marek Cholewa, President of the Management Board of Europapier, asserted: “We have always valued P3’s open approach to our needs and their flexibility in adjusting to our development strategy. Hence, extending the contract for more years to come was an obvious move for us”.

Europapier Polska was represented by Cresa Polska commercial real estate advisory firm.

The P3 Park in Błonie is located a mere 27 km west of Warsaw, at the junction of the national road 92 with the A2 motorway (a part of the E 30 European transit route). The park comprises 14 buildings that include typical storage areas as well as cold storage and freezing facilities and a data centre. P3 has the capacity to expand the park further by another 35,000 m2 of modern warehouse space.
