P3 Logistic Parks, a company specialising in long-term investment, development, acquisition and management of logistics properties, announces the addition of Giorgio Riva to its Milan-based team, in the role of Project Manager.
Mr. Riva will be part of the Construction Department headed by Tomaso Carta, who will support the Western Europe area in all Construction activities related to the Italy portfolio.
Giorgio Riva graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan in Structural Engineering and gained several years of experience in the sector for important companies such as GSE, General Contractor, with whom he has worked since 2018. Previously he held the role of Project Engineer, Site Engineer and then Project Manager for the Rizzani De Eccher Group.
Recently, P3 Italy's Construction Department successfully completed the largest development in Europe during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic: the Castelguglielmo (RO) building, an ultra-automated warehouse of over 180,000 sqm, one of the most technological and largest in Europe, as well as one of the first multi-storey buildings built in Italy, on 4 levels.
Andrea Amoretti, Managing Director of P3 Italy, said: "We are pleased to announce the addition of Giorgio to the P3 Milan team, which confirms the great vitality of the Italian market and the projects currently in the pipeline."
Giorgio Riva, P3's new Project Manager for the Construction area, adds: "Being part of P3's Construction department in Western Europe is a great professional challenge due to the numerous real estate developments currently underway, demonstrating that P3 is constantly investing in this team, with the aim of responding more and more quickly and punctually to clients' needs."
And the strengthening of the Italian team continues, with another new entry that the company announced last June: Antonello di Noia, in the role of Junior Development Manager. Antonello has a degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Milan, and gained experience in the M&A sector at Deloitte and, previously, at Madison Corporate Finance.
The appointment of Antonello di Noia follows the recent appointment of Alessia Cicale, who has been Property Manager since March and is in charge of the Property Management activities of the Italian portfolio.
