Viapost, a specialist in logistics, industrial maintenance and transport, is moving into the P3 Logistic Parks logistics centre located just outside Montpellier, in Saint Aunès. Viapost has taken a lease on the entire 31,388 m² platform.
By moving into this building, located in a prime location, Viapost is strengthening its network of sites to support its growth and meet its customers' needs.
In the heart of the Occitanie logistics region, ideally located on the A9 motorway, 10 minutes from Montpellier and 1.5 hours from Marseille, this Class A building has a photovoltaic roof. The building's construction qualities give it excellent energy performance.
