P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term investor, owner, developer and asset manager of logistics assets is strengthening its French team, and announces the arrival of Sébastien Roybon as Senior Asset Manager, reporting directly to Christophe Chauvard, Managing Director of P3 France.
At P3 Logistic Parks France, he will be responsible for managing our existing portfolio, client follow-up and relationships with partners. He will also participate in the expansion strategy by supporting the development and investment teams. His position complements the current team alongside Sébastian Hansen, in charge of the Western Europe part, Olivier Benois, asset manager of the French portfolio, and Suvashan Kasippillai, junior asset manager. Sébastien Roybon will also support the investment and development team.
Sébastien Roybon joins P3 Logistic Parks after more than 3 years with CBRE Global Investors, where he has worked as Senior Asset Manager and corporate officer since February 2017. Previously he held the positions of Asset Manager at AEW, Segro and Logistics Manager at Affine. Prior to working in real estate, he was a Manager for 3 years at Indosuez Private Banking.
A graduate of the American Business School University in Paris, where he obtained a master's degree in finance, and of the Leonardo da Vinci School of Management, where he graduated with a master's degree in management, Sébastien Roybon completed most of his studies abroad between Singapore, Bloomington (Indiana) and Thousand Oaks (Los Angeles).
