P3 Logistic Parks, a pan-European investor, developer, and owner of logistics properties, has appointed David Marquina as the new Chief Development Officer (CDO) for the European region. In his new role, Marquina will coordinate new development projects including BTS and risk projects, as well as land banking strategy and will oversee both marketing and business development in Europe, supporting Tim Beaudin, the company's CEO.
David Marquina has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and logistics development sector, having worked for companies such as Almindus and Tasinsa. Within P3 Logistic Parks, Marquina has held the position of Vice President of SOCIMI P3 Logistic Parks from 2017 until November 2018, when he was appointed President of the company, and General Manager for Spain and Portugal since 2016.
