ELIS has signed a 9-year long lease with P3 Logistic Parks for a logistics warehouse of approximately 19,000 m² in Brétigny-sur-Orge. This warehouse will support Elis' supply-chain organization in France and Europe.
The Brétigny site, developed in 2002 and in excellent condition for maintenance, thus offers a residual availability of 9,331 m², divisible into two cells, and very good services in line with Class A warehouse standards.
P3 Logistic Parks has also invested to provide security measures that make it an operationally attractive site in the South of Ile de France.

The transaction was carried out by the Logistics team of BNP Paribas Real Estate Transaction, (advice to the lessee and the supplier), accompanied by Traker, logistics and supply chain consultant, recently acquired by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
