With an 'entrepreneurial' mind for private and international companies, as well as a strong real estate and logistics culture acquired over the last 20 years, Christophe Chauvard will be responsible for the overall commercial activities and management of P3's financial performance in France, including acquisitions and development, management and maintenance of a logistics portfolio and building relationships with all partners. He will take part in the preparation and supervision of P3's BTS projects in Western Europe with the support of his team and in coordination with the P3 headquarters in Prague.

Christophe Chauvard was previously with QubicaAMF, where he developed over 40 family entertainment centres over four years, and supervised a portfolio of more than 250 customers/centres as the General Manager for France, Switzerland and Africa. Since 2012, Christophe worked as an independent consultant specialising in retail, real estate and innovation (with Investors, REITS and many retailers). His earlier career includes positions at SEGRO (Head of Asset Management, Investment & Development France), First Industrial Realty Trust (Country Head France) and GSE (Development Director/Engineer France/UK).


He started his career at Bouygues Construction as a project engineer in France and Singapore, as well as with commercial roles at Vinci.


He graduated from ESTP and ESITC, where he earned a Bachelor's degree and Master's in Civil Engineering, before receiving his Executive MBA from ESCP Europe. Finally, he completed his extensive education with a degree from the Kellogg School of Management in the USA.
