P3's logistics park in Olomouc is nearly fully let. In addition to Möbelix, other customers include Kaufland, Raben Logistic, Trost Auto Service Technik, and plastic automotive parts manufacturer Erreka-Plast. P3 Olomouc is popular among occupiers thanks to its excellent connections to Olomouc city centre and proximity to the D35 motorway.

The news that Möbelix is coming to P3 Olomouc follows hot on the heels of the signing of Raben Logistic, a Dutch logistic operator, which recently joined the varied, but well-balanced, customer line up at the park. The retail and e-commerce segment is represented on the park by the likes of Kaufland, which expanded its logistics facility there in October, as well as Activa, V-podlahy, and Trost, a firm that runs a car accessory shop on the park. In addition to Raben, 3PL operators include parcel carrier PPL and global logistics giant DHL. P3 Olomouc is also home to Erreka-Plast, which operates a production facility making plastic components for trucks.

"We have been at P3 Olomouc since January 2012, and we are very satisfied with services provided by the P3 team, they are always available when we need assistance. We appreciate the company's long-term strategy that focuses on maintenance and managing operations in the park," said Roman Nováček, Regional Director of Moravia Raben Logistics Czech s.r.o.

The high demand for space at P3 Olomouc is evidenced by the fact that the park is fully let. "We have signed leases on all the existing buildings at the park during the course of 2018. The only remaining available option is a site on which we can construct a 3,500 m2 warehouse on a Build-to-Suit basis for a customer," commented Tomáš Míček, P3's MD for the Czech Republic.

P3 Olomouc has good connections to the D35 motorway, and Olumouc city centre is only four kilometres from the park.

"We plan to use the new warehouse as a pickup point as well as a logistics facility, so being close to customers was a crucial factor. Thanks to the infrastructure and excellent location of P3 Olomouc, our customers are just a stone's throw away," explained Jiří Šulc, Möbelix CEO for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The proximity of the city centre is also valued by customers from the retail sector who can use the park to supply goods to their shops.

For its part, Erreka-Plast, which uses its building at the park to produce components for the automotive industry, appreciates the public transport in the area and availability of parking spaces for employees.

Another factor that testifies to the attractiveness of the area is the fact that Ahold and Kaufland have distribution centres nearby.
