Hofman has almost 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate. He started his career in 1999 at Knight Frank, later working at DTZ Polska and then at Europolis Real Estate Asset Management as Managing Director. He also gained experience at Savills Investment Management, as Head of Investment, and at Immobel Poland where he was Managing Director and also a member of the Immobel SA Executive Committee based in Brussels.
Hofman is a member of the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and a graduate of the University of Warsaw, where he obtained a Master's degree at the Institute of International Relations. He has also completed post-graduate studies in property valuation and real estate brokerage.
