"Mission accomplished. Another satisfied customer thanks to a brand new warehouse at P3 Prague Horní Počernice,” said Tomáš Míček, P3's Managing Director for the Czech Republic, commenting on the completion of the latest addition to the long-term logistic property investor-developer’s pan-European portfolio.

“We value our long-term partnership with Sécheron Tchequie, and we are pleased that the company confirmed P3 as its partner for this expansion. The 7,000 m² warehouse was constructed on a Build-to-Suit basis as part of the development of Warehouses IX and X at the park. The space meets our customer’s requirements for the installation of its production technologies. We also succeeded in improving the working environment inside the warehouse thanks to a design featuring a large number of skylights," Míček continued.

Sécheron Tchequie will use the new warehouse to increase the production of its DC traction substations. "Our business is very specific. We manufacture custom units for clients from various parts of the world, as opposed to keeping a stock of finished goods. Growing demand requires investment in state-of-the-art technologies and ongoing enlargement of our R&D; and installation teams. The new warehouse will meet our needs, and we are confident that moving there will allow us to reinforce our position in the market for electric traction devices and systems at a global scale in the future," added Václav Bláha, Sécheron's Business Unit Manager.

In addition to Sécheron, Warehouse X also has another new tenant – the footwear retailer Footshop.
