Montfrisa, one of the leading frozen food logistics companies in Spain, has been the sole occupier of the park’s single stand-alone warehouse since it was purpose-built for it in 2004. The extension takes Montfrisa’s total floorspace at P3 CLA park to nearly 20,000 m2.
P3 CLA park sits at the heart of Montfrisa’s network of six strategically located distribution hubs across Spain. It is located close to the A4 highway (Madrid – Andalucía main road).
The project involved the demolition of an 1,879 m2 office building which was undertaken in Q3 2016 to create space for the new Build-to-Suit extension which features 6-8 additional loading docks, 12.5 m clear height and rolling compact pallet racks on tracks to optimise storage and logistics operations.
