Key clients that have renewed leases with P3 in the Czech Republic include HOPI, Marimex., Alza and Skanska.

The most notable recent lease renewal involves P3's partnership with logistics company HOPI, which has been operating at P3 Prague D1 park for 11 years. This is the third time that HOPI, which now occupies a total of 46,000 m2 at the park, has renewed its lease.

Lasting partnerships built on mutual trust

"P3 is more than just a developer. We are also long term owners and managers of our parks. As a result we maintain close contact with our customers, which allows us to respond immediately to changes in their needs. This leads to long-term partnership approach and mutual satisfaction," said Tomáš Míček, P3's Country Head for the Czech Republic.

Another example of a successful partnership is Marimex, a leading Czech supplier of goods and services for pool equipment. When Marimex needed more warehouse space, P3 was able to offer the company the opportunity to move to stay at P3 Prague D1 park, moving from the 3,500 m2 warehouse DC1 to DC3, which provides more than 5,000 m2.

e-Commerce & manufacturing companies renew leases

Another significant lease renewal agreed in the last year involves Alza, the largest online electronics retailer in the Czech Republic. The e-commerce giant started operating at P3 Prague Horní Počernice park in 2012. Since then, it has built a storage space including ALza Drive. Alza occupies a total of 14,100 m2, of which warehouse space accounts for 13,000 m2 and offices the remaining 1,100 m2.

Another customer that is keen to stay at P3's sought-after park in Horní Počernice is Skanska, which operates its Curtain Walling and Facades division there. “We are continuing with a new lease for over 3,800 m2 of production and interior storage space, 700 m2 of outside storage space, and nearly 900 m2 of office space. There are 130 employees, including management and a large design team. Our operations at the park include administration, logistics, design and manufacture, all of this we can find at P3 Prague Horní Počernice,” said Skanska´s spokesperson Ondřej Svatoň.

"Skanska's Curtain Walling & Facades Division has been operating based on our park for six years. Its products are distributed from there to an increasing number of countries throughout Europe. We are very pleased to be able to offer customers locations that meet their needs completely and help them grow because that, in turn, allows us to keep growing as well," added Míček.
