Quick Service provides comprehensive and sophisticated integrated supply chain solutions for the demanding quick service restaurant sector and related businesses. It manages the complete process for its customers, from operational purchasing through storage, picks and stock distribution as well as undertaking accounting for these operations.

The space, which has been designed and developed by P3 to Quick Service’s specific requirements, was handed over to the company at the beginning of June. As well as modern warehouse space, the building houses a 4,000 m2 cold store and freezer facility for food storage and 450 m2 of offices.

Rafał Strzałkowski, Director Operation at Quick Service Logistics Polska, said: “We have been in P3 Błonie park since 2014. Our business has been growing quickly and we have outgrown our existing 6,000 m2 warehouse so we decided to expand. P3 has met our needs perfectly and is providing us with bespoke warehouse space that includes a freezing facility in which temperatures can be maintained at between -18oC and -24oC and a cold store where we can keep the temperature between 1oC and 4oC”.

The building also incorporates various environmentally-friendly features including insulation panels, solar water heating and LED lighting.

Magda Kilijańska, Senior Leasing Manager for P3 in Poland, commented: “We are very pleased that Quick Service is expanding at P3 Błonie park. We worked hard to ensure that the new facilities meet their needs. As a company, we are committed to working closely with our customers and always looking for ways to support them as they grow, providing flexible solutions that reflect their individual needs. Our long-term collaboration with Quick Service is a great example of how this works in practice.”

P3 Błonie park is 27 km west of Warsaw, at the junction of national road 92 with the A2 motorway (part of the E30 European transit route). There are a total of 14 buildings on the park, the largest customers being Wilshire Holding, IBM, Europapier and Triumph.
