VF Corporation, owner of premium lifestyle retail brands including VANS, The North Face, Wrangler, and Timberland, initially moved on to P3’s D8 in 2004 and has since made the park one of the main hubs in the company's European distribution network. Earlier this year (spring 2015) P3 delivered a c40,000 m² warehouse for the VF Corporation, P3’s largest tailor-made project in the Czech Republic to date. Only eight months later P3 secured another deal with VF to construct this warehouse, which is due for completion in April 2016. Once this final phase is completed, VF Corporation will occupy more than 106,000 m² at P3 Prague D8. The need for additional space comes in the wake of VF’s continued expansion in Europe.
P3 Prague D8 is located north of Prague. With recent improvements to the capital’s transport infrastructure, such as the opening of the Blanka Tunnel, the park offers easy access to all parts of the city. The park currently has 14,000 m² of vacant space available for lease.
