Logistics operator WHEELS Logistic has signed a contract for an additional 2,660 m² of warehouse space, increasing its presence in the 100,000 m² P3 Poznań park to 8,660 m². Earlier this year (May 2015) the company took almost 8,800 m² of new warehouse and office space in P3 Plzeň in the Czech Republic.
Meanwhile, Hager Polo, a supplier of electrotechnical solutions and building automatic systems, has extended its lease at P3 Poznań. The company occupies 3,720 m² of warehouse and office space in the park and has been a P3 customer for 4 years.
The third deal signed by P3 involves 2,000 m² at P3 Błonie, a 175,000 m² logistic park located 30 km west of Warsaw. The new customer is Euroser, a distributor and exporter of well-known European dairy brands.
Andrzej Wroński, P3’s Country Head for Poland, said: “Our contracts with WHEELS Logistics and Hager Polo at P3 Poznań clearly demonstrate our focus on building long-term relationships with clients. We do our best to support our customers as they grow, providing them with the warehouse space they need as they expand. We are also always delighted to welcome new customers to our logistic parks, such as Euroser at P3 Błonie and hope to be able to work with them for years to come. These recent deals takes the total number of P3 customers in Poland to 46.”
