P3 completed the new facility, which comprises nearly 40,000 m² of Built-To-Suit (BTS) space, at the end of 2014 and handed it over to the VF Corporation in January 2015. P3 also undertook a number of interior modifications and tested the operational aspects after the handover to ensure that the facility fully met VF’s specifications. The VF Corporation now occupies a total of 85,000 m² on the P3 Prague D8 park - leasing approximately two thirds of the space and owning the remainder.

"Having worked successfully with the VF Corporation for over a decade, we have developed a very clear understanding of the company’s specific requirements, says Tomáš Míček, P3's Country Head for the Czech Republic, adding, “during the construction process, we were able to rely on the insight we have gained over the years as well as the comprehensive expertise of our specialised teams to deliver our largest Built-to-Suit project to date.”

"We are delighted that this latest addition to the P3 Logistic Parks portfolio has been awarded a BREEAM environmental sustainability certificate achieving level “Very Good”- the first of P3’s facilities in the Czech Republic to achieve this standard.”

P3 Prague D8 industrial park is located close to Exit 1 of the D8 motorway that links the Czech Republic to the German cities of Dresden and Berlin. The park is also easily accessible from downtown Prague by public transport. P3 Prague D8 currently comprises six warehouses totalling over 110,000 m². In addition to the VF Corporation, it is home to tenants including DHL Express, In Time Spedice, LATECOERE Czech Republic, PMP PAL, Blažek, and Puma.
