Sécheron belongs to the Switzerland’s SECHERON HASLER GROUP and is a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of rail transport systems and components. The newly leased space in building C2 will be used for the production of locomotive components. Sécheron’s expansion at the site will create potentially 50 new jobs.

Tomáš Míček, P3's Country Head for the Czech Republic said: "We are happy that Sécheron's business in the Czech Republic is flourishing, which is why the company has leased additional space at the P3 Prague Horní Počernice park. Sécheron is an example of the multifaceted nature of the P3 Logistic Parks portfolio, which is attractive not only for logistics and retail firms, but for the most modern manufacturing companies as well. We trust that our pan-European platform will continue to serve the company well as our partnership with Sécheron develops."

The P3 Prague Horní Počernice industrial park is located in the Prague-East district, 15 minutes from downtown Prague near Exit 3 on the R10 expressway that connects Prague to Germany. The largest tenants include Alimpex Food, Alza, Coca-Cola, Datart, DSV, Ikea, Mall, MD Logistika, Pet Center, PNS, RTR, and Wavin.
