NIKA Chrudim is a long-time tenant at the P3 Liberec park and currently leases space in the H7 warehouse, which it shares with one of its clients, Knorr-Bremse - a global leader in the manufacture of braking systems for railway and utility vehicles. The main reason for the relocation to the new facility is the continuing growth and expansion of both firms. As German-based Knorr-Bremse now needs the entire area of the warehouse it currently shares with NIKA Chrudim, the latter has decided to relocate its operations to a brand new building designated as H6.

Tomáš Míček, P3 Country Head for the Czech Republic, said: "We are happy that we have been able to accommodate the expansion in both our tenants’ businesses at Liberec Park. This is a good example of the synergic growth that can be achieved by production and logistics companies cooperating closely together at the same location.”

Radovan Voda, CEO of NIKA Chrudim, said, "P3 Liberec offers us an excellent strategic location as a number of our clients operate in the surrounding region and the park can be easily accessed by companies located in Germany and across the Czech Republic."

NIKA Chrudim s.r.o. is a privately held Czech company with extensive experience in national and international transportation, freight forwarding services, storage and transport logistics. Its fleet currently consists of over 180 vehicles in a wide spectrum of configurations to provide clients with the optimal transportation solution to meet their requirements.

The P3 Liberec park is located north of the Liberec industrial zone, in direct proximity to the R10 expressway that connects Prague and Dresden. The facility is well serviced by public transport that provides connection to the city centre. The park was opened in 2008 and now consists of six warehouses.
