The pan-European operator has appointed Serban Juverdeanu, 37, as Head of Construction and Laurentiu Duica, 34, as Head of Leasing. Both will report to Country Head, Cora Stolz, who joined last month to start developing P3’s business in Romania as it evolves as an increasingly important part of Europe’s manufacturing supply chain. P3 has been working closely with international companies in Romania since 2010, when it first opened an office in Bucharest.

These two key hires give our team a tremendous strength in depth in Romania, where our purchase of P3 Bucharest makes us one of the leading logistics warehousing providers. Both bring local experience in their respective disciplines and new insights to our business that will allow P3 to serve its customers better.”
New Head of Construction, Serban Juverdeanu, graduated from the University of Architecture from Bucharest in 2003, and for about 15 years he accumulates a great experience in constructions, development and project management within well known companies such as Bates International or Echo Investments. His latest accomplishments are to include a 26,000 m² factory for Honeywell Friction Materials in Ploiesti and the Korona Shopping Centre in Braşov.
New Head of Leasing, Laurentiu Duica, graduated from Constantin Brancusi University in 2002 and start building up experience in logistics industry, both operations and sales for about 10 years. He helped developing an international clientele, particularly in food, retail, HPC, luxury & cosmetics and healthcare sectors. Laurentiu joins P3 after being Commercial Manager for FM Logistic – 3PL company.
