P3, the specialist owner, developer and manager of European logistics properties, has agreed to lease a unit of almost 13,500 m² at its park near Poznań, Poland, to global contractor CEVA Logistics. The new facility, which includes 360 m² of offices, enables CEVA to handle operations for a large international electronics and lighting technology company and expand its Contract Logistics presence in western Poland.

CEVA, which operates a logistics network over 170 countries, has occupied the 8,600 m² DC1 building at P3 park Poznań for the past two years where it managed the multi-market warehouse for a global pharmaceutical customer.

The additional lease announced today lifts occupancy at P3 park Poznań to 93,5%, but there is still the opportunity to expand the facility’s capacity with the construction of a further 88,000 m² of warehouses. Some 60,000 m²   of space has been built by P3 at the park during the last three years. P3 park Poznań is located in the logistics hub of Gądki, which is growing rapidly because of its ease of access to the A2 motorway serving Berlin and Warsaw.

The leasing transaction was brokered by Colliers International.
