P3 Lovosice Cargo is strategically located in the northern part of the country, close to Germany and only a 50-minute drive from Prague, with access to the motorway, international railway container hub and port on Labe (Elbe) river. It is situated close to exit 48 on the D8 motorway connecting Prague (48 km) - Dresden (85 km) - Leipzig (190 km). The park consists of one building which is now fully occupied by a long-term customer.

P3 Prague D6 is located approximately 20 minutes from Prague at exit 25 on the D6 (Prague – Karlovy Vary – Germany), with excellent visibility from the motorway. The park is reachable by public transport (the bus stop is directly in front of the park), and the railway station is 1 km from the site.
P3 parc Prague D8 est situé à environ 10 minutes du centre-ville de Prague, au niveau de la sortie 1 (Zdiby) de l’autoroute D8 (Prague - Dresde - Bratislava) et offre une excellente visibilité. Le parc est relié au métro C – Kobylisy par les bus 370 et 372. La construction du parc a débuté en décembre 2004. Il est composé de 7 bâtiments, 2 autres sont prévus. Les grands locataires sont VF, Pricol Wiping Systems Czech, DHL Express, Blažek, Puma, Alza.
À 10 minutes du centre de Prague, P3 Prague Green Park est situé dans Praha – Letňany avec un accès direct aux routes D8, D11 et au périphérique de Prague. Par ailleurs, le parc bénéficie d'un accès aisé par les transports en commun. La ligne C du métro (station Letňany) ainsi que le centre commercial de Letňany sont proches du site. La construction du parc a débuté en 2006.
