Consolidated experience in the world of real estate has led him to P3 Milan, the undisputed capital of Italian real estate investments, where everything happens. Giuliano Casale has been working with us since 2018 as Development Manager and now is the key figure in the Group’s growth strategies on the Italian market.
What added value have you brought to P3?
My personal network and knowledge of the world of retail real estate which I gained over years in retail real estate development. This sector expands faster than ever and accelerates towards e-commerce. There is an opportunity for growth also for P3 and a future challenge that we are ready to take up.
What fascinates you about the world of logistic real estate?
It is to see the concrete materialization of one’s work when the real estate has been completed. “Concreteness” is the keyword. I like all the steps, even the administrative process, with overcoming of bureaucracy, deliberation after deliberation. It’s a fluid world, static only in appearance. Today there is a norm, tomorrow everything changes. It takes a strong spirit of adaptation to the market and all this is pure adrenaline. I also really appreciate the negotiation phases and the interpersonal contacts.

How have you grown professionally with P3?
I have been part of the company for a relatively short time, but my growth path has been rapid and stimulating. The development team is mainly concerned with analysing investment opportunities and detailing future risks and returns, as well as monitoring development on the Italian market. Another important step is the coordination with colleagues in the finance and construction sector; a complex process, where my personal assessment remains fundamental to ensure satisfactory returns for the Group.
How do you see the evolution of P3 in the last few years?
In just two years I’ve seen the company evolve so much, and I’m not just referring to the normal turnover of resources. The policy has changed, the approach to the market, at a fast pace. There is an impressive dynamism and that makes it even more exciting to be part of the team. Once again, pure adrenaline!
What do you love about your work?
At P3 I really appreciate the incredible attention to its employees. It’s a people-oriented company, as well as customer-oriented. Let me give you an example. Just at the beginning of the Covid-19 emergency, smart working was immediately activated, to protect everyone’s health. Immediate availability of protective masks from Prague Headquarters. But even in normal situations this attention to the person is dominant. I like the continuous feedback that every resource manages to establish with their function manager. The question is, how are you? Is everything all right? It’s always asked. And it’s not a rhetorical question. Another thing I really appreciate is the spirit of always wanting to celebrate successes, such as team building, where we really feel part of the team.

What are your passions outside work?
I play tennis and enjoy skiing. I really like both of these sports. They help me stay focused and positive in my thinking. Skiing, in particular, is a passion that I cultivate with my family; we follow my daughter who is 10 years old in the competitive activity and in national competitions. It’s a fascinating sport because in 20 seconds you can risk everything. One slip is enough to throw away a season.
