JYSK has grown to 80,000 m2 at the P3 Piotrków park

P3, long-term investor, developer, owner and manager of logistics properties in Europe has provided JYSK with 35,000 m2 of new warehouse space at the P3 Piotrków park, thereby increasing the total area occupied by the Danish retailer at this logistic park to over 80,000 m2.

The space leased by JYSK at the P3 Piotrków park acts as “buffer” warehouses which support distribution centre in Radomsko. From there, the products are dispatched to JYSK stores in nearly 25 countries.

Paweł Waler, JYSK Distribution Centre Director in Radomsko, said: “With the dynamic development of our Company in the CEE Region, we have yet again decided to increase the space occupied by us at the P3 Piotrków park. The consolidation of warehouses in one place has significantly streamlined the storage and distribution operations of our products. Together with the newly built facility at the P3 Piotrków park, we will be using almost 250,000 m2 of warehouse space in Central Poland."

Cooperation between JYSK and P3 began in 2017 when the retail chain leased 10,504 m2 of warehouse space in Piotrków. Several months later, the company decided on a 37,000 m2 dedicated warehouse. After taking up another two newly completed warehouses, JYSK occupies over 80,000 m2 in total at the P3 Piotrków park, which is eight times more than at the start of cooperation. JYSK is currently the largest client in the P3 Piotrków park.

Due to ever growing interest in this park, we’re already planning the next phases of its development. Within the P3 Piotrków park, we have enough land to develop an additional 230,000 m2 or so of modern warehouse space, which can also accommodate a building covering up to 100,000 m2."

P3 Piotrków park is located close to Piotrków Trybunalski, next to the A1 motorway connection with the E75 and E67 major express roads. This location ensures direct road links with Warsaw, Wrocław, and Katowice. The construction of the park began in 2008. The metric area is fast increasing. Just over the past year and a half, the investor has delivered over 110,000 m2 of new space at P3 Piotrków.
