P3 Logistic Parks appoints Andrea Amoretti as Head of Construction for Western Europe

Andrea has many years of valuable experience in the engineering & construction sector, where he collaborated with major international companies. At the Italian office of P3 Logistic Parks he has managed important BTS development projects. Before this he was Team Leader for about two years in the engineering & construction sector of Arcadis Italia, where he led a team of 15, coordinating all of the project, design and construction management activities, while also acting as the main reference figure for the technical/contractual aspects of the contracts acquired in this sector. Prior to this he collaborated with F&M; Ingegneria S.p.A., again as Project Manager. Among the most important projects was the development of two large logistics hubs in Oman.

He graduated in civil engineering from the University of Parma, subsequently specialising in Building Design at Milan Polytechnic.

Andrea Amoretti is based at P3's Milan office and will be in charge of all the construction activities in the Western Europe portfolio, including Italy, France, Spain, Germany and Holland, in particular, for the supervision of key projects currently underway. Examples include the P3 Kamen park in the Ruhr region, which at 128,000 m² is the company's largest renovation project in Germany; the P3 Gottfrieding park in Lower Bavaria (Germany), which will be completed in the spring of 2019; and a new BTS logistics hub of 31,280 m² in the P3 Illescas park in Toledo, south of Madrid, which will be occupied by Airbus, world leaders in the aeronautical and space sectors, and associated services.

In Italy he’s working on a major BTS project in the North-Eastern area that can’t be disclosed now, due to confidentiality reasons.
