In Błonie, near Warsaw, DSV is going to move into warehouse 16 and occupy more than 32,000 m² of storage area plus nearly 900 m² of office area. The facility is equipped with PIR core panels (more effectively isolating the building from adverse weather), solar panels for heating domestic water and energy saving LED lighting. There are parking places for 54 passenger cars and 44 trucks available in front of the building.
Adam Pawelczak, the Supply Chain Director at DSV Solutions, says: “The relocation will provide us not only with the ability to consolidate our operations, to apply additional improvements and synergy efficiency solutions, but also with area indispensable for further growth of the operations of DSV Solutions. With the new facility, we will enhance our ability to respond to the needs of our customers in FMCG, retail or pharmacy sectors. This way, we will be able to further develop our services in e-commerce or copacking, for example. The P3 Błonie park is located only 27 km west from Warsaw, at the intersection of national road 92 with motorway A2 (a part of the European transit route E30). The park comprises 14 buildings, including not only typical storage areas, but also cold storage and freezing facilities, data center and other areas. The developer’s flexible approach allows for arranging areas and adapting them for various activity, suited to the needs of customers in numerous industries.
