Over the next three years, P3 plans to more than double the size of its portfolio in Germany. The German estate currently comprises 320,000 m2 and it is anticipated that this will grow by up to 450,000 m2 with further potential projects in the pipeline.
Kewitz has significant experience in the sector having held top positions at Ixocon GmbH and Garbe Logistic AG. Most recently, he successfully led Panattoni as Managing Partner.
Kewitz lives with his family in Hamburg. He completed his studies at the International Real Estate Business School (IRESB) in Regensburg. To this day, he is an active member of the Immoebs alumni circle and regularly works for IRESB as a lecturer in Eltville, Berlin, Essen and Munich.
