In the early-summer sunshine, we celebrated the shell & core completion ceremony at our latest development, P3 Lovosice, in the Czech Republic. The park is strategically located in the northern part of the country, close to Germany and only 30 minutes drive from Prague in an area with skilled, available labour. Phase I, 30,000 m2 of warehouse space, has been completed for long-term P3 customer, FM Logistics. An additional 95,000 m2 of BTS opportunity is available for development immediately!
