P3’s partnership with JYSK began in 2017, when the customer leased 10,504 m2 at P3 Piotrków. Later that year, due to high demand for its products, the company identified the need for more space and opted for a Build-to-Suit solution. While the new warehouse was under construction, P3 provided JYSK with additional space on a temporary basis.

Andrzej Wroński, Group Head of Asset Management w P3 Logistic Parks, says: “We are happy to have been able to provide such substantial warehouse resources for this company, a worldwide leader in household goods. We always aim to meet the needs of our customers – in the case of JYSK, this was not only to deliver a Build-to-Suit logistics facility, but also to provide an extra 10,000 m2 for lease while the new warehouse was being built.”

The new building has a clear internal height of 10 m and is equipped with PIR core panels providing improved insulation and energy saving LED lighting.

JYSK uses its facilities at P3 Piotrków as buffer warehouses. Goods are delivered and stored here for several months before they are sent to the company’s main distribution warehouse in Radomsko and then to individual stores or direct to customers.

Bartek Tulejko, the Head of CEE Logistics at JYSK, says: “We chose to work with P3 on our new building because of the good experience we’ve had of the company so far, the park’s location being in line with JYSK’s logistic model, and the very short timescale. In spite of a very tight schedule, the facility has been delivered on time as planned. JYSK keeps on dynamically developing its sales network, particularly in the Central European region. As a company focused on customers’ needs, we ensure high availability of goods on shelves. The result is a great demand for warehouse space. Currently, we occupy nearly 250,000 m2 of warehouses in central Poland, including our own facilities in Radomsko.”
