Motola has seven years’ experience in the real estate sector and was previously Technical Manager for Invimit sgr Spa. He has previously worked with Prelios Integra Spa as a Technical Property and Project Manager.
Originally from Matera in the Basilicata region, Motola is a Real Estate Engineering and Management graduate of Politecnico University in Milan. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking.
Motola will be based in P3’s Milan office and will be responsible for all activities relating to the property management of the P3 portfolio in Italy, which was previously managed externally. The goal is for P3 to build even better relationships with its customers and, as a result, be able to continue to improve the quality of service it offers them.
