FM Logistic is a leading international logistics company with a customer portfolio that includes retailers; the manufacturers of food, home care products and cosmetics; as well as pharmaceutical companies.  It is a long standing P3 customer with warehouses on parks in Romania, Czech Republic and Poland, where it is represented on three parks.

Piotr Sukiennik, General Director Central and Eastern Europe in FM Logistic, says: “We are working with P3 in a number of European countries, so we know that the company is reliable and that they will adapt to the requirements of their customers. We already have warehouses on two other P3 parks in Poland – Mszczonów and Piotrków - and now Poznan – and we look forward to continuing our rapid growth and our successful partnership.”

Geis, which is a market leader in transport, freight forwarding and logistic services in Germany and Central Europe. will use its new warehouse at P3 Poznań for parcel courier logistics. The company has 45 branches and employs more than 1,200 people across Poland.

Adam Kwiatkowski, vice president at Group Geis in Poland, said: "Due to the nature of our business we needed a tailor-made warehouse. It was key for us to be able to have a large number of courier gates and docks in a relatively small area. P3’s design for our building perfectly matched our requirements. We are pleased that we can work with a company that is open to the needs of its customers."

Piotr Bzowski, the Leasing & Development Director for P3 in Poland, says: “Strong demand for warehouse space in Poznań prompted us to start construction of these new warehouses at our park. As a developer, we continue to implement environmentally friendly and energy-saving solutions in our buildings and these new warehouses will be no exception. We are also very focussed on the needs of our customers, which is why there is always a lot of occupier interest in the space we develop.  The space we are building for FM Logistics and Geis has been designed meet their individual specifications.”

FM Logistic’s warehouse will be 12 m high, 2 m higher than a standard warehouse, and it will be equipped with more docks. At the same time, P3 has planned as many as 30 gates for courier deliveries and 29 docks in order to meet Geis’ requirements. The buildings are due to be ready in the first quarter of 2017.
