Online food sales are prospering. The latest customer to join the line up at P3 Prague Horní Počernice, online retailer Košík.cz, is a case in point. Due to the rapid growth of its business, the company has had to relocate from its old facility to the west of Prague to a better location that offers not only large warehouse space and modern office facilities, but also easy access for the distribution of goods to customers across the Czech Republic. The deal, which is P3’s first letting to Košík.cz, was brokered by the 108 Agency.

Košík.cz has leased more than 4,000 m² of warehouse space at P3 Prague Horní Počernice with an option to add up to 6,000 m². P3 is currently modifying Building C1 to meet Košík.cz’s requirements including allowing loading to as many as eight vehicles at a time. Moreover, the new customer will install a cooling system in the warehouse.

P3 Prague Horní Počernice - more than just warehouses
In addition to its warehouse at P3 Prague Horní Počernice, Košík.cz will occupy more than 800 m² of offices, which are currently also being modified to suit its needs, including a second storey added to the ground floor space. "As well as warehousing, an online shop needs quality office space for the administration of the e-tailing system. P3 Prague Horní Počernice combines warehousing, offices and a host of retail services. I'm confident that the Košík.cz team will like it there," said Tomáš Míček, P3 Country Head Czech Republic.  

Customers at P3 Prague Horní Počernice include Alza, Datart, Internet Mall and a number of other online retailers. The park's advantage is its location only 15 minutes from downtown Prague, near Exit 3 on Highway D10 that connects Prague with Mladá Boleslav and provides an important link with Germany. One of the largest logistics parks in Central Europe, the 360,000 m² park is currently 95% leased. Centrum Černý Most, one of the biggest shopping centres in the Czech Republic, is located 1.5 km from the facility. The complex is easily accessible by public transport from the Černý Most subway station and features as seven bus stops. A railway station is less than a kilometre from the park.

In addition to P3 Prague Horní Počernice, P3 has additional space in the nearby P3 Prague D8 park and at the expanding P3 Prague D11. In the Czech Republic, P3 manages 75 industrial properties in 14 parks that feature a total leasable area of over 1 million m². Operating across Europe, P3’s portfolio totals 3.3 million m² in nine countries and it also owns land with approvals for a further 1.4 million m² of space.
