The final phase comprises 14,201 m² of warehousing, of which 9,000 m² is already pre-let. P3, which is a specialist owner, developer and manager of European logistics property, is developing the remaining space speculatively and it is now available to lease.

"This is an important stage in the expansion of P3 Bratislava park, which is already home to companies such as Schnellecke Logistics, Donaldson and HBPO. We are now able to offer ready to occupy space as well as sites for our Build-to-Suit solutions which provide warehousing specifically tailored to our clients’ needs” said Peter Jánoši, Country Head of P3 Slovakia.

P3 Bratislava comprises five buildings totalling 148,000 m² with land to accommodate an additional 62,000 m² of space. The park is located in an area known as the “golden triangle” for logistics, 15 kilometres north of the Slovak capital and close to the D2 motorway, which provides links to Brno, Vienna and Budapest.
