Daszkowska joins P3 from CA Immo Real Estate Management Poland, where she was a Property Manager with responsibility for industrial-office complexes in Blonie and Lódż for more than four years. In total, Daszkowska has nearly 10 years experience in property management. She holds a masters degree from Warsaw’s Collegium Civitas in International Relationships with a specialisation in diplomacy, has undertaken post-graduate studies in property management at the Real Estate University in Warsaw and is also a licensed property manager.
Andrzej Wroński, P3’s Country Head for Poland, said: “Ewa has been working with us on a part time basis since the beginning of August (2015) and we are delighted that she is now able to join the team full time. Her property management expertise and experience will be invaluable as we continue to develop close relationships with our customers – always striving to help them achieve success.”
Daszkowska, who will work alongside Andrzej Wroński, Country Head for Poland, and Property Manager Justyna Kosowska, will manage two sites to the south west of Warsaw - P3 Piotrków and P3 Mszczonów parks – a total of 216,000 m². Her responsibilities include liaising with clients such as Fiege, JMP ID Logistics, FM Logistic, Inpost and Kuehne + Nagel, ensuring that any reported issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently as well as overseeing planned maintenance work on the two sites along with managing budgets and other administrative tasks.
