Biesaga, 35, joins P3 from Karmar, a Polish affiliate of the Bouygues Construction group, where he worked for four years in various engineering roles, most recently as a planning and construction methods specialist.

After graduating from Warsaw University of Technology in 2005 with a degree in civil engineering, he moved to the U.K. and joined the construction company BAM Nuttall to work on various projects and in its planning and design departments.

During the five years he spent in the U.K. Biesaga became an Incorporated Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and he currently acts as the professional body’s representative in Poland, to where he returned in 2011. He is also a qualified assessor in the sustainability certification BREEAM for new construction and holds a Polish license for the construction of buildings and highways.
