Muziker, which operates both an e-shop and brick-and-mortar stores, specializes in musical instruments, sound reinforcement equipment, and accessories. Having served the Central European market for close to 20 years, the company has stores and e-shops in Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia. A tenant at the P3 Bratislava park since 2010, Muziker has now leased an additional 960 m², doubling the size of its premises in building 2 to 1,920 m² in order to satisfy growing demand for its products.
Schnellecke Logistics is a German-based provider of comprehensive logistics services for the automotive industry. The company has recently leased an additional 2,742 m² of warehouse space and 138 m² of office space in building 2 to complement the 26,300 m² it leases at the P3 Bratislava park in a warehouse constructed by P3 on a built-to-suit basis in 2012. The expansion results from the growing volume of orders from the Volkswagen Group for which Schnellecke Logistics provides its services. In total, the firm will now occupy nearly 29,180 m² in two buildings at the P3 Bratislava park.
P3 Bratislava is located in Lozorno on Highway D2, which connects Bratislava and Brno, approximately 15 kilometers north of the Slovak capital near the city bypass in the direction of Vienna and Budapest. The facility is close the "Golden Logistics Triangle" whose vertices correspond to the cities of Bratislava, Vienna, and Győr. The P3 Bratislava park currently comprises five buildings that offer more than 135,000 m² of warehouse space and more than 58,000 m² of development land. Apart from Schnellecke Logistics and Muziker, clients include Möbelix, Donaldson Slovensko, DACHSER Slovakia, Whirlpool, Ingram Micro, IHLE, and Panasonic.
