Designated as H6, the new modern warehouse is located at the P3 Liberec park in the Liberec-North Industrial Zone, in close proximity to Expressway R10 that connects Prague with Dresden. The building will feature 7,096 square meters of logistical warehouse space as well as 561 square meters of office facilities. Real estate consulting for the transaction has been provided by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and the general contractor is the GOLDBECK Company.

Tomáš Míček, P3's Country Head for the Czech Republic, said: "NIKA Chrudim is very familiar with the P3 Liberec park, as it has been leasing space in another warehouse in the complex. We are happy to see the firm grow and are pleased to be able to offer appropriate facilities for expansion. The milestone is significant for us as the new facility is the first build to-suit (BTS) project undertaken by P3 for a client in the Czech Republic since the major expansion of the company’s platform in the market late last year.”

NIKA Chrudim s.r.o. is a privately held Czech company with extensive experience in the segment of national and international transport, forwarding, storage, and transport logistics.
