Wierzbicki, 40, oversaw the development and asset management of the P3 Błonie and P3 Piotrków parks for the past seven years for the previous owner prior to their purchase last month. He will continue in this role and be responsible for P3’s two other Polish parks at Mszczonów and Poznań.
Andrzej Wroński, P3’s Head of Asset and Property Management for Central & Eastern Europe (CEE), said: “Tomasz is the eight addition this year to our team in the CEE region, where P3’s portfolio has grown by more than 1 million square metres in the past 12 months. Tomasz has 20 years of valuable real estate experience and we look forward to his contribution as we keep improving customer services and develop the business in the CEE markets.”
Wierzbicki is a licensed property manager and prior to his seven years at CA Immobilien as a development and asset manager of the two parks, he worked as a project manager at developer Menard & Dodswell. His career in real estate also includes 10 years in project management, architectural design and as a property broker. He graduated with a degree in structural engineering from Warsaw’s University of Technology and has a master’s degree in finance and banking from Warsaw School of Economics.
