PointPark Properties (P3), the specialist investor, developer and asset manager of warehouse properties, handed over the keys of a 21,329 m² warehouse for PF Logo Express’ production and distribution facility at PointPark Poznań. The warehouse was purpose-designed by P3 to meet the company’s specific requirements. The build-to-suit (BTS) project almost doubles the space PF Logo Express occupies at the logistics center, making it P3’s largest tenant in Poland.

PF Logo Express, which is part of PF Concept, designs and produces promotional gift products such as umbrellas, lighters, torches, tools, posters and t-shirts on behalf of more than 9,000 customers operating in over 60 countries. The company has occupied a 23,000 m² facility at PointPark Poznań since 2011, using it as a specialized decoration unit to customize products produced elsewhere for clients who include some of the world’s leading brands. PF Logo Express will use the expanded facility in Poznań as its main distribution centre to customers across Europe

P3 began construction of the 26,743 m² facility in September 2013 and, despite bad winter weather, building work was completed on schedule and handed over to the tenant on 3rd February 2014. PF Logo Express will occupy most of the building, with 5,414 mremaining available for future tenants.

Andrzej Wroński, Country Head Poland, P3, said: “PF Logo Express’ decision to double their size at PointPark Poznań facility as their main European distribution hub is a confirmation of the park’s excellent location and infrastructure. We started construction of the expansion just four months ago and it’s a credit to the design, construction teams and Goldbeck who was the general contractor that such a major project was delivered on schedule, especially considering the potential we had for major disruption from the severe winter weather. We appreciated working with Goldbeck, Bank Pekao - which was financing party for the project - and the PF Concept team”.

PointPark Poznań is located some 10km from the city of Poznań and close to the A2 highway, that since 2012 provides Warsaw with an unbroken motorway link to Berlin and Western Europe. The park has a total space of 194,569 m² including BTS opportunities for four buildings covering 105,000 m².
