P3 Lovosice is strategically located in northern part of the country, close to Germany and only 30 minutes drive from Prague, with access to the motorway, international railway container hub and port on Labe (Elbe) river. It is situated close to exit 45 on the D8 motorway connecting Prague (45 km) – Dresden (85 km) – Leipzig (190 km). The location is also well accessible by public transport - bus, train.

P3 Lovosice Cargo is strategically located in the northern part of the country, close to Germany and only a 50-minute drive from Prague, with access to the motorway, international railway container hub and port on Labe (Elbe) river. It is situated close to exit 48 on the D8 motorway connecting Prague (48 km) - Dresden (85 km) - Leipzig (190 km). The park consists of one building which is now fully occupied by a long-term customer.
P3 Prague D6 is located approximately 20 minutes from Prague at exit 25 on the D6 (Prague – Karlovy Vary – Germany), with excellent visibility from the motorway. The park is reachable by public transport (the bus stop is directly in front of the park), and the railway station is 1 km from the site.
P3 Prague D8 park is located approximately 10 minutes from the Prague city centre on exit 1 (Zdiby) off of the D8 (Prague – Dresden – Berlin), with great visibility from the motorway. The park is reachable by public buses (370, 372), which connect the park with metro C (Kobylisy). Construction of this park began in February, 2004. It currently consists of seven buildings.
The largest customers of the park are VF Corporation, Pricol Wiping Systems Czech, DHL Express, Blažek, Puma and Alza.
P3 Prague Letňany is located in Praha – Letňany, 10 minutes from Prague city centre (near D8, D11 and Prague's ring road). The park is easily accessible by regular public transport. The metro line C (Letňany), as well as Letňany shopping centre, is nearby. Construction of this park commenced in 2006.
The park consists of two buildings occupied by the customers as Activa, Equiservis and ForCamping.
