P3 Olomouc is located in the city district of Olomouc – Nemilany, next to the motorway D35 on exit 272. The park is easily accessible from the city centre by public transport. The railway station is located close to the site with a connection between Olomouc – Prostějov and Brno. Construction of this park began in 2009 and currently consists of four buildings.
The largest customers of the park are Erreka Plast, PPL CZ, Raben Logistics and Kaufland.
After a demanding renovation, the 44-hectare brownfield is ready for the construction of a modern and commercial industrial park, which will bring life back to the abandoned locality and become part of the city. Thanks to the design of the award-winning architect David Kotek (Projektstudio), the industrial zone will naturally connect to the nearby centre and to the unique appearance of the Agglomeration, which was imprinted on it by the architect Josef Pleskot. P3 Žilina is located on the crossroad of the D1 motorway (Bratislava - Žilina - Poprad – Košice) and planned international road D3 connecting Slovakia with Poland. The park is situated 50 m from class road E50 which connects Žilina and Martin. The park is reachable from Žilina and Martin by city bus. Construction of this park commenced in June 2012 and, currently, it consists of 28,108 m² in three buildings. The park is aimed to provide Class-A logistic space for the automotive and machinery industry, prominent in the Žilina region.
The most important industrial production companies located in the proximity of the park are: Kia Motors, Mobis, Hyundai, Dong-Hee, Franke, Volvo Trucks and others.
The tenants of this park are Albatros Logistics, C. S. Cargo, GEFCO, Geis SK, Packeta, Shenker and Správca zálohového systému.
A planned new investment P3 Debiensko is located in Upper Silesia south of Katowice Conurbation at A1 highway exit. The property is well connected to main road arteries and makes a great base for domestic and foreign transport. A plot has an area of 22.4 ha, where a modern warehouse & office building with a total area of approx. 164,000 sqm will be built.
P3 Bratislava D2 is located approximately 20 minutes northwest of Bratislava, adjacent to the D2 (Prague – Bratislava – Budapest) at the Lozorno exit, with great visibility from the motorway. The park is reachable from Bratislava and its surroundings by city bus. Construction began in March 2006 and currently consists of seven buildings.
The largest customers of the park are CEVA Logistics, EF Logistics, Faurecia Automotive, Gundlach Automotive, HBPO, Ihle, Muziker, MX Logistika SL, Schnellecke and Whirlpool.
It is a modern property of the highest quality level A with BREEAM Very Good certification, which meets strict environmental criteria. A 300-year-old oak is also unique in the park near Lozorno, to which P3 adapted the construction plans of the DC7B hall.
