P3 Mszczonow is located 50 kilometres due south-west from Warsaw, along route E77 - the main express road connecting the capital with southern Poland, and close to the motorways: A2, connecting western and eastern part of the country and A1, running from south to north.
Mszczonow is located in Mazovia, in the Zyrardow district, about 45 km from the center of Warsaw. The city is located near the intersection of the S8 expressway with the national road No. 50, about 18 km from the A2 motorway, thanks to which it is well connected with the rest of large Polish cities. According to data from the end of 2021, the city has 6,024 inhabitants.
P3 Grodzisk is situated just south of the A2 motorway. The park is 37 km (40 min) from Warsaw, 9 km (14 min) from Blonie. The Warsaw Chopin International Airport is a 30-minute drive away. This multi-tenant location is suited for 3PL distribution.
