The property is located approx. 20 km south of Frankfurt am Main city centre and 10 km from Frankfurt airport. It lies next to the A5 motorway. The building is rectangular with a width of about 100 metres and a length of about 200 metres. The main office area is located at the northern end, above the receiving dock. P3 Dreieich is located roughly 20 km south of Frankfurt city centre and about 25 km away from the Frankfurt airport. The motorway A661 connects Dreieich with Frankfurt. Moreover, the L3262 state road links Dreieich to the A5 (Frankfurt-Basel) and to the Frankfurt Motorway junction, the crossing of the east-west and north-south motorways.

The logistics property is located in the industrial area of Weiterstadt, approximately 6 km northwest of Darmstadt and about 24 km south of Frankfurt Airport. It has excellent road transport links, close to the A5 motorway and the B42 trunk road. The B42 also provides an ideal link between the Weiterstadt industrial area and the A67 motorway. In recent years, Weiterstadt has developed into a popular area for superstores and warehouses. The overall property consists of two halls, which are essentially identical in construction with directly adjoining office accommodation. Frankfurt is approximately 32 km away via the A67 and the A3, Wiesbaden is approximately 33 km via the A60 and A66 and Mainz is approximately 28 km via the A60 and A63. Due to this central position and good infrastructure, the District of Groß-Gerau offers optimum conditions for a commercial location. The chemical, aerospace, software, logistics and automotive industries are well represented here.
