The Savigny-sur-Clairis site boasts an ideal location, close to the Ile-de-France but without the same financial constraints and taxation levels, so costs are significantly reduced. With direct access to the A6 and A19 and near the port in Gron, which is directly linked to the ports of Le Havre and Gennevilliers, the park provides the opportunity for Group Parmentier to rapidly develop its business activities.

Lease negotiations were completed very quickly, allowing Group Parmentier to meet the timetable of its client, a leading French industrial business.

"We are delighted to welcome Group Parmentier to our customer portfolio" says Andrew Stacey, Managing Director of P3 in France. "The quality of the building and the very attractive tax regime in this park, located just 5 km from the Ile-de-France, made it attractive to Group Parmentier."

"The strategic location of the site at Savigny-sur-Clairis together with P3’s highly flexible and responsive approach to meeting our needs really made the difference" added Mr Cavan of Group Parmentier.

The site, acquired by P3 in 2011, consists of two buildings totalling 93,000 m². Parmentier joins existing customers at the park including MCI, Dachser, Fashion Partner Logistics and Coriolis.
