In addition to large warehouses intended for production and storage, P3 has small- and medium-sized units of up to 3,000 m² suitable for a wide range of uses including retail units and showrooms. P3's offer at P3 Prague Horní Počernice and elsewhere also includes office facilities, whether provided together with warehouses or on their own.

The new P3 customers at Horní Počernice, which have all taken space in the D2 Building, are Mail Step a.s., SAZKA a.s., and WASSON-ECE CZ s.r.o. They join Mall.cz, which already operates a 1,080 m² distribution warehouse and customer collection point in the building. The warehouse has an additional 3,800 m² of vacant space for available to lease.

The smallest unit, comprising 996 m² of storage space and 318 m² of offices, has been taken by SAZKA a.s. Established in 1956, SAZKA is a leading Czech lottery company with a portfolio centred around lotteries, odds betting, scratch cards and a host of non-lottery products, such as SAZKAmobil mobile telecommunications services, mobile credit recharge, ticket sales and more. SAZKA plans to use its new space primarily for storing POS and POP equipment.

WASSON-ECE CZ s.r.o, a global leader in gas chromatography chemical analysis, has taken 1,800 m² of storage and office space to house its production and testing centre for the whole of Europe and markets in the Middle East. The new space will mainly serve as a showroom and a shop. "We strive to be a good neighbour in all the countries where we conduct business," says John Gregory Wasson, CEO of WASSON-ECE CZ s.r.o. "As elsewhere, our production operations in Horní Počernice will mainly rely on locally sourced resources. In addition, we plan to establish partnerships with the universities in order to recruit highly qualified specialists. Our goal is to hire more than 50 experts between now and the middle of 2017."

At the same time, Mail Step a.s., which has leased 7,390 m² at P3 Prague Horní Počernice for the past seven years, is to expand its operations and has leased an additional 3,000 m² in the D2 Building. Mail Step is a rapidly developing Czech company that has provided printed-matter packing and assembly services to publishers for two decades. Last year, Mail Step launched Mail Stage, a new line of logistics services for internet-based shops, which has necessitated expansion into additional space. The new premises will be used for receiving, storing and shipping goods to buyers on behalf of e-shops. Mail Stage relies on state-of-the-art technologies that allow the entire process, ranging from the receipt of an order to the handover of goods to a carrier or delivery to the collection point, to be completed in no more than four hours. As a result, Mail Stage is able to assemble and pack as many as 60,000 single- and 16,000 multiple-item orders a day.

P3 Prague Horní Počernice is located 15 minutes from downtown Prague, near Exit 3 on Highway D10, which connects Prague with Mladá Boleslav and Germany. It is one of the largest logistics parks in Central Europe with an area of over 350,000 m², 97% of which is currently leased. Centrum Černý Most, one of the biggest shopping centres in the Czech Republic, is located 1.5 km from the park. The park can be easily reached by public transport; there is a regular bus service and a railway station less than one kilometre away.
