Sebastian Hansen has been appointed Head of Asset Management for P3 France and Italy and Olivier Benois becomes the Asset Manager for P3 France.
Hansen (on the right), 38, who has been a P3 asset manager for Germany, the Netherlands and Italy for the last four years, is now responsible for asset management in both France and Italy. In his new role, Hansen will be in charge of developing P3’s customer portfolio and manage the existing assets in the French and Italian territories.
Benois (on the left), 56, has over 20 years of experience in real estate and logistics development and management. In his new role, he will be in charge of managing P3’s assets in France. P3 manages a portfolio of 460 000 m² in France and in Europe P3 now has more than 3 million m2 in 9 countries.
"These two key appointments demonstrate our commitment to increasing our presence in the Western European market" said Andrew Stacey, the Country Head for P3 France. "We will build on Sebastian’s solid experience to develop our activities in this part of Europe further."
P3 asset managers have a detailed understanding of P3’s cross border portfolio and also extensive knowledge of the pan-European market, which makes their skills transferable to any country where P3 operates. The internal promotion of Hansen perfectly illustrates the versatility of P3’s team.
