The largest of the new buildings comprises a total of 19,673 m², while the other two will provide 5,729 m² and 5,520 m² respectively.  All three will have great visibility from the main R10 Highway and are being built to a high specification. The new warehouses, which are being built by contractors Strabag, are due for completion in June 2016.

Commenting on the news, P3's Country Head for the Czech Republic Tomáš Míček said: “P3 Prague Horní Počernice is a flagship park in our 3 million m² pan-European portfolio.  One of the biggest parks in the Czech Republic, it currently comprises over 333,000 m² in 28 separate buildings. The park is very high profile and really easy to get to by road.  Demand is strong from a variety of different types of occupiers including cross-border logistics operators.”

P3 Prague Horní Počernice is near Exit 3 on the R10 motorway that links Prague via Mladá Boleslav in central Bohemia and on to Germany. It is just 15 minutes drive from Prague city centre.  The Centrum Černý Most, one of the largest shopping malls in the Czech Republic, is 1.5 km away and the park is well served by public transport with regular buses and a railway station is less than a kilometre away.

Once these three new buildings have been constructed, there will be a land bank with the potential for a further 45,000 m² of new Build‑To‑Suit space at the park.
