Navrátil has been managing the transformation of the asset, facility, and property management of P3's portfolio in the Czech Republic since 2014. During that time, the Czech estate has grown to nearly 1 million m² of leasable space thanks to the company’s acquisition activity. As well as promoting Navrátil to Head of Asset & Property Management, P3 has recruited Milena Uhrová, Miroslav Zanáška, Jana Stachová and Martina Strusková to join the team.

Navrátil is a Construction Industry Management & Business Administration graduate from the Czech Technical University in Prague. Prior to joining P3, he gained valuable real estate experience while working with ORCO Prague and Knight Frank. For more than a year, he was a member of the Provincial Reconstruction Team in Afghanistan as part of the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) mission.

He joined P3 in the capacity of Property Manager in 2012. In that position, he was responsible for the management of P3’s original park portfolio – P3 Prague D1 and P3 Prague D8. Two years later, he was appointed Senior Asset Manager. In his new role, Navrátil will be responsible for asset and property management at 69 properties on 14 P3 parks.
