P3 has built a strong team fronted by Michal Navrátil, the new Head of Asset & Property Management, who will oversee asset and property management operations across the portfolio. The company’s in-house approach guarantees that P3's customers will receive the highest possible levels of service.

The company also went out to tender for a new facility management services provider for the portfolio. This process took place in the first half of 2015 and included seven bidders. The winning offers were submitted by AWIGO and OPTIMAL Facility. AWIGO, is an existing P3 service provider and is now overseeing 10 P3 parks. P3 Prague Horní Počernice, two additional parks and one office building will now be serviced by OPTIMAL Facility.

"Our strategy of having asset and property management processes overseen by our own employees will definitely benefit our customers. Our local team will ensure that P3 clients are consistently provided with a fast, high quality, cost effective service. I don’t think these objectives can be accomplished through the use of external providers only," explains Tomáš Míček, P3's Country Head for the Czech Republic. "Conversely, it is better to outsource facility management to specialist companies. I'm confident that we have made the right choice and that our partnership with AWIGO and OPTIMAL Facility will be productive and beneficial. Not only for us, but also, and more importantly, for our existing and new customers."

P3 is in the process of implementing the iREMS system for the management of its portfolio. The new software will increase the efficiency of billing, invoice administration and the management of all contractual matters. The company’s goal is to continue to improve all facets of customer care. P3 has, for instance, launched projects aimed at curbing warehouse operating costs, including electricity consumption; to improve the effectiveness of services provided to tenants; to analyze the prospects of building CNG/LPG fueling facilities at P3 parks; and to reduce energy procurement expenses.

“P3 is always looks to reduce the operating costs for all of its occupiers” Tomáš Míček continued. “These initiatives will help us to deliver real savings to customers here in the Czech Republic and also across the eight other countries in which we have assets.”
